“Le Francesche” Holiday Farm offers a typical and warm hospitality in the region Umbria, the green heart of Italy.
Our 8 double bedrooms are comfortable, large with ensuite bathrooms.
Our bedrooms are equipped with traditional pieces of furniture, with wrought-iron beds and offer the original atmosphere of the farms in the region Umbria. Air conditioning, TV and phone, bathroom with bathtub.
AGRITURISMO
L’agriturismo “Le Francesche” è caratterizzato dalla tipica accoglienza della terra umbra, ovvero familiare, semplice e genuina.
Le 8 camere doppie sono confortevoli, spaziose e tutte dotate di bagno interno.
Le camere sono arredate con mobili in stile Arte Povera con letti in ferro battuto e sono caratterizzate da un’atmosfera che conserva tutti i simboli della cultura contadina umbra. Le camere sono dotate di climatizzazione, televisore e telefono, bagno con vasca.

“Le Francesche” Holiday Farm is the best location for anyone who wants to discover the tranquillity of the countryside of the region Umbria and breathe fresh air.
There are several amusement opportunities for adults and children: swimming pool with heated water during the Summer season, mountain bikes, playground area for kids, table tennis.
You can enjoy the natural landscpa and go for a walk in our own park or in nearby woods; you can ride a bike across the stunning hills of Nocera Umbra and Gualdo Tadino, in the province of Perugia.
Our bar is open all day long to enjoy our delicious Expresso, local beers and some traditional sweets.
FARM
Our Guests should pay a visit to our farm and enjoy real life in the countryside.
Kids shall have a look at our pets:
chickens, doves, peacocks, pigs, sheep and goats, and even three funny donkeys.
AZIENDA AGRICOLA
Gli ospiti possono visitare l’azienda agricola e partecipare allo svolgimento delle varie attività giornaliere assaporando le gioie e le “fatiche” del lavoro contadino.
I bambini possono familiarizzare con gli animali allevati nella fattoria:
galline, colombe, pavoni, maialini, agnelli, pecore e capre, e ci sono persino tre simpatici somarelli.
