PIZZERIA
For those who love pizza, “La Roccia del Drago” offers a rich assortment of pizzas cooked in a wood oven, from the most traditional to the most particular.
We use an original dough with mother yeast for easy digestibility. Our pizza chef uses all his imagination to make you taste traditional pizza with quality toppings.
BARBECUE AREA
The holiday farm “Le Francesche” also offers to its Guests a welcoming “La Dolce Vita” Barbecue Area, characterized by a rustic and carefully furnished environment.
The best meats selected for you and prepared on the grill according to tradition: sliced Argentine Angus, gourmet burgers and mixed grills combined with typical and delicious side dishes.

The restaurant’s menu is wide and suitable for all budgets and offers recipes of traditional Umbrian cuisine: appetizers, local cold cuts and cheeses, croutons and bruschetta; mouth-watering first courses, such as homemade egg-pasta tagliatelle with truffles, pappardelle with wild boar sauce, gnocchi with goose sauce, the typical strangozzi with mushrooms; game and excellent grilled meat (Chianina, Argentine angus, lamb, pork), with the possibility of tasting roe deer and jugged wild boar and, last but not least, traditional desserts prepared by our kitchen staff.
All our exquisite dishes are accompanied by excellent local wines, carefully selected beers and sparkling wines, traditional spirits.
PLEASURE TO TASTE
“La Roccia del Drago” offers its guests a wide selection of local delicacies, and a breathtaking view over the surrounding area, to spend evenings with friends in a familiar and welcoming environment.
You can also spend your evenings in the TV room above the restaurant, in a relax room with comfortable sofas, board games and various kinds of amusements. In addition, in spring and summer, an outdoor veranda overlooking the valley is set up.
