The restaurant’s menu is wide and suitable for all budgets and offers recipes of traditional Umbrian cuisine: appetizers, local cold cuts and cheeses, croutons and bruschetta; mouth-watering first courses, such as homemade egg-pasta tagliatelle with truffles, pappardelle with wild boar sauce, gnocchi with goose sauce, the typical strangozzi with mushrooms; game and excellent grilled meat (Chianina, Argentine angus, lamb, pork), with the possibility of tasting roe deer and jugged wild boar and, last but not least, traditional desserts prepared by our kitchen staff.
You can also spend your evenings in the TV room above the restaurant, in a relax room with comfortable sofas, board games and various kinds of amusements. In addition, in spring and summer, an outdoor veranda overlooking the valley is set up.
